Good lighting is designed, not scattered.
The difference between a yard that glows and a yard that looks like a parking lot is a plan: what deserves light, from which angle, in what color, and how much darkness to leave so the light has something to play against. From the oaks of a Nashville bungalow to the long drive of a Franklin estate, we plan on your property at dusk, install with care and aim every fixture after dark.
- A night demonstration on your own trees and walls before you decide
- Warm, shielded LED fixtures chosen for each job

We walk it at dusk
We walk the house, the trees, the walks and the places you use, with a tablet and a flashlight, and talk through what to light and what to leave dark.

You see a plan with fixtures, zones and controls, and a night demonstration shows the effect on your own trees and walls, with the price in writing.

A plan you can read - 04
Install it cleanly
Wire is buried, fixtures are set level and hidden in beds and under caps, and connections are sealed against water. Your lawn and beds are protected and tidied.

Aim it after dark
When the sun goes down we adjust every fixture, raising, tilting and dimming until the whole property is balanced, with you walking it beside us.

Enjoy it, and keep it bright
We show you the controls, explain how to care for the system and stay available for the yearly tune-up that keeps it looking like the day we finished.

What landscape lighting services do you offer?
We design, install, repair and maintain landscape lighting: path and step lighting, tree uplighting and moonlighting, architectural lighting, patio, deck and pool lighting, water features, security lighting, smart controls, LED conversions and commercial work. Every service has its own page.
Are your estimates free?
Yes. Estimates are free and come in writing with the plan, the fixtures, the controls and the price. Fill in the form on any page, or call or text 615-431-3789, and we will set up a visit at dusk or review your photos.
How much does landscape lighting cost?
It depends on the number and quality of the fixtures, the length of wire, trenching, access and controls. Our Cost Estimator shows planning ranges by project and extras, and a visit turns the range into a written price.
Can I see the lights before I buy?
Yes. A night demonstration puts a few fixtures on your own trees, walls and paths so you can see the real brightness, color and aim before you decide.
How long does installation take?
A path and entry package is often done in a day or two. A whole-yard system with trenching, trees and a patio can take several days, and we give you the schedule before we start.
How many fixtures does my yard need?
It depends on what you want to light, not on square footage. A good design uses fewer, well-aimed fixtures. Our Light Designer gives a planning count, and a walk-through gives the real one.
Is LED better than halogen?
For landscape lighting, almost always. LED uses a fraction of the power, lasts far longer and runs cool, and quality LEDs offer warm, natural color. We can also convert many existing systems to LED.
What color of light should I choose?
Most homeowners like warm white around 2700 to 3000 K, which flatters brick, wood and plants. Our Warmth Dial lets you compare colors, and a night demonstration shows them on your own property.
